    What is today’s announcement?

    Resy, the leading restaurant reservation and technology platform, has acquired Servy.

     

    Today more than ever, restaurants are seeking actionable data to help them make strategic decisions. By combining reservation and point of sale data with survey insights, restaurants can obtain a complete and detailed view of their guest experience and performance.

    I'm a Servy restaurant client - what does the acquisition mean for me?

    If you are a restaurant client of Servy’s, your service will unfortunately pause or end. We understand that this news may be surprising and disappointing, but during this time we will build the most powerful guest feedback platform in the industry at Resy. If you are a full-service restaurant that offers reservations or waitlists, we will reach out to you in the next week or so to tell you more about the exciting platform that we're building.

     

    If you operate a quick or limited service restaurant, Servy will unfortunately be unavailable from this day forward. We understand that this is likely very disappointing news to you and your team; we know that Servy was an important tool for your business. But this is a necessary part of the process, and will enable us to focus on building an amazing product at Resy.

    I'm a Servy app user - what does the acquisition mean for me?

    If you are a user of the Servy app and have a balance of $20 or more, you have 5 days to request a redemption by filling out the link that was emailed to you. If you do not fill out the form within 5 days, you will not be eligible to redeem in the future. If you do not have more than a $20 current balance, we unfortunately will not be able to issue any rewards to you.

    What happens to the Servy app?

    The Servy app ceased service as of October 11, 2017. Soon Servy’s technology will be integrated into Resy, bringing advanced feedback capabilities to current and future clients of Resy.
